The solution provides endpoint detection and response with a nice-looking dashboard
The solution is easily scalable because it's in the cloud and we can push the agents using our Cafea solution. We can even deploy the applications to our remote branches easily. We currently have four people using the solution and if the number of computers increases we can scale up by increasing the number of licenses.

Protects the global station and has good stability
The feature I find most valuable is that it protects the global station The solution's integration with the Windows environment could be better. The solution needs better integration with products, if it did, it would have the assumption of better security. I've been using the solution since…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The most valuable feature Sophos EPP Suite is that it protects the computer beyond the premise. Whether the user is at home, in the office, or traveling, you are able to apply the policies as the user moves."
"The solution's most valuable aspect, for us, is the DLP portion of the product."
"We bought it because it was cost-effective."
"The anti-malware and web filtering are the solutions most valuable aspects."
"With the reseller management, I can manage multiple clients without having to log in to each client."
"It is doing its job. We use it for standard antivirus purposes and for making sure that people aren't downloading infected attachments. Because we use the cloud version, it is easy to maintain. We don't have to do anything to really maintain it. It gets updated automatically."
"The product’s selling point is its ability to protect against zero-day threats and its integration with the firewall."
"It's very simple to use. The managing of the endpoints is very easy."
"The feature I find most valuable is that it protects the global station."

Cons

"The solution could improve on the resource management, it is a bit heavy on the resources."
"The update part is a bit tricky in the solution...The support is not that good."
"The solution could be improved in terms of the performance of the appliances. Sometimes the appliances in the market can be quite large. Additionally, in comparison to other appliances, such as FortiGate, Cisco Firepower, or ASA, it could be improved in terms of package processing or traffic handling."
"With Sophos EPP Suite, inventory cannot be checked, and external applications cannot be installed."
"Sophos EPP Suite could improve by decreasing the number of resources it uses. There are other solutions that use one-fifth of the resources."
"The product's resource utilization is a concern, especially regarding memory usage on systems with older specifications such as lower memory and less powerful processors."
"Sophos EPP Suite's support services need improvement."
"The automation side of the setup is a pain."
"The solution's integration with the Windows environment could be better."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It may be possible to negotiate licensing cost based on volume."
"Sophos EPP Suite is cost-effective. We bought it because it costs less than other solutions we like—for example, Trend Micro and Panda Antivirus."
"When compared to Fortinet, the renewal and subscription is quite expensive."
"Sophos EPP Suite is a competitive and affordable solution."
"The pricing is reasonable."
"The license cost for Sophos EPP Suite depends on the features you want to use. For example, if you want to use advanced features, such as web application firewalling, the cost may be higher. In general, I believe the licensing cost is reasonable."
"I would rate the price seven out of ten, for its cost-effectiveness."
"Sophos is cheaper than some competing products."
