The reporting part is quite weak in SAP SuccessFactors HCM because the drill-down capabilities are not what a customer wants compared to what it offers. The dashboard is fine but comes with limitations, especially when combining two or three modules. Employees need to improve their usage of SAP SuccessFactors employee experience management tools, as they largely use it only for leave and attendance functions, desiring more functionality such as downloading their salary slip or seeing full-year tax calculations. The employee app lacks functionalities and needs tremendous improvement across engagement, news boards, and AI. Personalization is not prevalent in AI tools provided, which complicates integration because customers often request combining various systems into one reporting target.

Has required customization been difficult to implement and user experience remains a concern
We are quite satisfied with Odoo. We are able to add modules or apps whatever we require based on our company's requirements on our own. I find Odoo being more user-friendly, and making changes there is more accessible. Being Odoo partners allows us to make changes. In Zoho People Plus, we were just on a subscription basis, so it was not possible to make any changes based on the company's requirements, which made it a little difficult. As far as security or anything else is concerned, Zoho People Plus was also good, and many companies use it. We find Odoo a little better and user-friendly compared to Zoho People Plus. For time tracking, we were using Clockify, and we were using Jira and other products. Time tracking in Odoo is much more convenient and user-friendly compared to Zoho People Plus. We decided to switch because it was not very compatible with our system. Our employees were not comfortable. It was not as user-friendly as Odoo is. We became Odoo partners, which made it a better shift from Zoho People Plus.
