Offers ease of use, affordability, cloud options, and many open sources,
Our model has used various tools together. It should make sense for them to use these tools in conjunction with RStudio Connect. Currently, they use none or only PSN and a couple of other devices. There should be integration with these tools or the ability to integrate various statistical tools, both open source and proprietary, with RStudio Connect. RStudio Connect should ideally provide an add-on library where modules can be utilized. There's no need to introduce something entirely disconnected but beneficial for statistical modeling. If some popular tools they use, such as Norman or PSF, were bundled and made available as add-ons, it would create a centralized place. This centralized platform would allow individual vendors to ensure compatibility of their products with RStudio Connect and provide them on the marketplace. Customers could then choose these validated additional tools, integrating them seamlessly with RStudio Connect.

Single environment for multiple phases saves us time, and has good visualizations
We had that solution installed previously in another solution, Selvaya, but I don't think we used it at the time. We are now using SAS Detect Investigation as a complementary solution, in which we have part of the process, use a gene, SAS collects information and identifies some business situations, and the business guys use Visual Analytics to explore the results of the process. We previously used the FICO platform, but we switched because FICO's pricing was not scalable. Bringing more data or workloads to the platform required a significant investment in order to scale. We needed to change because we have a lot of data to process every day. FICO was also a little more complicated than SAS Visual Analytics.

"SAS Visual Analytics could improve by making it more accessible for users outside the organization."
"There is a need for coding when it comes to digital reporting which can be intimidating."
"The installation process can be a bit complex."

"In Brazil, there are few documents, courses, and other resources for studying and implementing the tool."
"There is room for improvement in anti-money laundering prevention and operation monitoring, as well as operation monitoring surveillance."
"There are certain shortcomings in the tool's support services, making it an area where improvements are required."
