Another improvement would be around simplifying certain navigation flows and making some settings easier to locate, especially when managing larger projects with multiple stakeholders. Occasionally there can be a bit of dependency on proper setup and permission management. Smoother onboarding guidance will help teams adopt the platform faster. That said, once the system is configured well, the overall experience becomes much more efficient and reliable. Reporting and analytics could be made a bit more flexible and detailed in certain areas. While the existing dashboards are useful for tracking workflow status, more customizable reporting options would help teams analyze productivity, turnaround time, and localization performance more effectively. In terms of integration, Phrase Localization Platform already supports many tools, but smoother setup and easier configuration for some third-party integrations would improve the onboarding experience, especially for teams without dedicated technical support. Support-wise, my experience has generally been positive, but faster resolution for more complex workflow-related queries would make the experience even better. The platform is strong, but a few usability and reporting enhancements could make it even more efficient for large-scale teams using it daily.
