Pros
"Oracle Cloud has wonderful features and offerings as a service. It's not just a pure-play cloud product or SaaS application. It has a complete suite from infrastructure to platform as a service to software as a service, and this is what I find most valuable in Oracle Cloud. For infrastructure on the cloud or infrastructure as a service on the cloud, there's OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). Oracle Cloud is easily available. You just click it. I also found the feature of creating a landing zone valuable. Oracle Cloud is also very flexible as it lets you have a hybrid cloud model along with other cloud solutions. I also like that it offers good management on the cloud. Oracle Cloud is ready to use as a service, and that's wonderful because the time to market is very quick. I also like that Oracle Cloud offers high performance and high availability. A lot of people claim that there's high availability in their companies' cloud operations, but technically speaking, pure high availability in today's context is found in Oracle Cloud.""Oracle does well when it comes to data privacy and security, which are critical.""Oracle Cloud Platform is a good solution because with large data platforms the data migration can be a challenge and this is the reason to move and migrate towards the cloud from on-premises.""The solution offers many features and it is a complete replica of our data center.""Frankly speaking, I've been very impressed with the stability the solution offers. Everything is working very well at the moment, and we haven't had any issues or faced any bugs or glitches.""They seem to be more readily integrating with Azure, which is great.""Technical support is good. We are partners with Oracle so we are always speaking with them.""Apart from the licensing, there's support from Oracle Cloud Platform which improved our day to day operations. Time is reduced. Based on this service, we are able to scale up dependent applications as quickly as we can."

"The initial setup of the product seems to be good.""The way we can make changes in new fields, or make new rules with our IT department, has been very useful.""Setting up Business One is straightforward. It took us about three months to deploy Business One on AWS.""The modules, like the accounting and procurement modules, especially the finance and accounting modules, are quite impressive in the solution.""The most valuable aspect is that it is easy to use the software.""The most valuable features of SAP Business One on AWS are the CRM and the sales module.""As a business technology platform, it is a flexible platform. It enables the customer to do faster integrations, and the solution's functioning requires low cost.""The maintenance is a significant advantage as it is supported by the international community rather than the local community."

Cons
"It could be more affordable.""Sometimes when we install something, we need to partition and maybe rebuild the index. This can cause some issues for performance. In the future, I would like to see more stability and fewer bugs.""The Oracle Cloud platform remains complex, and despite the abundance of resources available, significant challenges can still arise during the migration process from a legacy or on-premise system. Conversely, smaller companies with less complicated systems, such as those with a two million budget, can migrate more easily.""In the next release, I would like to see more automation.""The price of the subscription is too high and excludes some potential customers.""They offer some basic services but the choice is not as rich as other cloud providers.""The configuration through the cloud is complicated. It's not straightforward.""Nowadays, every SR is referred to Oracle Cloud Connect without a person actually handling the customer."

More Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Cons →

"The solution has a feature that shows you the purchase order that you put on a project and requires you to approve it to be applied to the project, but it doesn't let you move the purchase order to another project. That would be a great feature to have, because if you don't approve it, you have to delete everything and make it again.""SAP Business One on AWS could improve by adding more functionality to the web client.""I feel that these vendors must be well trained so that they can deploy this solution.""I would like to achieve better integration with AWS so that it becomes more interconnected with the SAP system.""I would like SAP to replace Business One's fixed Web client with a native Web solution. Right now, their remote access is based on RVP. We have to access the solution through a Windows-based client. It's not a native Web interface.""Analytics could be much better.""It would be beneficial to have access to real-time data from our machines.""There is a need to make multiple changes in the code to make a few changes in any module of the product."
