Automation features and user-friendly interface support seamless communication
Slack is very supportive in terms of communication between my colleagues and clients. While working with the reimbursement feature, I found the automation capabilities on Slack to be incredibly useful, allowing me to automate messages for specific dates or times and even to greet someone on their birthday. I haven't specifically used the channel organization feature of Slack, as I am added to channels, but I use it with Airtable, which automates notifications to a specific Slack channel when a user fills out a form on our website. In my experience, Slack is a stable product for communication, and I appreciate its automation features and integration of AI capabilities for enhancing specific functions.

"What I find valuable in Slack is that the interface is very attractive and it's easy for any new person to adapt to."
"The product has the ability to scale."
"The solution has a great user interface and functionalities. It has good features that we can use. We can integrate any third-party application with Slack so that it provides you with insights and updates in real-time on Slack itself."
"Its intuitive design makes it easy to use and understand, hence we do not have a need to spend much on educating our teams."
"You can create channels between teams internally and externally, which is great. There is a lot of security with Slack internal, which is what I value."

Cons

"The solution must allow users to record videos for a longer time."
"The only area of concern that I have is with the inability to preview received documents without having to download them first."
"Its capabilities to provide security features could be better for corporations."
"The tool is a bit slow."
"Sometimes, the servers are not available."
"It could be more stable than one of its competitors."
"The solution needs to improve its scalability."
"The solution should have less frequent updates."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"The tool's pricing could be cheaper."
"The solution is cheap in my country."
"Slack is definitely worth the money."
"The solution’s pricing is cheap."
"It is less expensive than one of its competitors."
"The solution is expensive."
"The pricing can range up to about twenty bucks a user. You can spend a lot of money, especially if you're talking about thousands of users. Generally speaking, Slack is less expensive than Teams. Slack doesn't include all the bells and whistles that Teams does. So you can go from a $6 license in Microsoft 365 to a $50 license per user per month, and there's a lot more you can do in the $50 license."
"It is an expensive tool. We pay 15 to 20 USD monthly per user."
