Automation has strengthened lead hygiene and reporting and drives faster sales conversions
One area for further enhancement is advanced analytics and predictive insights. While the platform provides robust reporting, deeper AI-driven recommendations such as lead conversion predictions, risk identification, and next-best-action suggestions could help the sales team prioritize opportunities more effectively. Improving user experience is another area; as organizations scale and workflows become more complex, simplifying configuration and creating more customizable dashboards could enhance adoption across business users. Additionally, expanding native integrations and reducing reliance on custom configurations for certain enterprise systems could streamline implementation further. Regarding support, I feel it should be more proactive, with spontaneous responses. Whenever I raised queries, I experienced longer wait times and had to wait for proper responses that were sometimes passed between multiple people. I believe when I ask a question, it should be assigned to the right person at the right time to reduce time consumption on both ends. LeadSquared automates many sales and marketing processes effectively, and there is an opportunity to strengthen its AI capabilities in areas such as predictive lead scoring, conversion forecasting, and next-best-action recommendations. AI-powered conversion analysis from calls, emails, and WhatsApp interactions could help identify customer intent, sentiments, and common objections, providing valuable insights for both the team and managers. For compliance and governance, a proper API should be created and integration should be structured to prevent lead leakage and data manipulation, which needs to be addressed by LeadSquared. I have noticed that it often does not provide accurate data and relies more on human intervention. When AI is integrated into any kind of software, it is expected to deliver the right outcomes and analyses. However, I have seen many cases where it provides only sixty-five to seventy percent accuracy, which I believe can be significantly improved.

End-to-end sales calling solution for us but dashboard is not very intuitive
The dashboard is not very intuitive. You need to store the number of dials made on a particular lead, then the number of dials after it connects, and then the number of conversions. We typically move all this data to our database and build dashboards on top of that. Our in-house central logistics team builds dashboards on top of NoPaperForms data, which are more intuitive and help us make better decisions. NoPaperForms doesn't track lead activity in the detail we expect. In future, I would want NoPaperForms to store the number of dials we're making on a particular lead. A lot of lead activity details should be there as part of the lead activity dashboard. Storing all the details related to lead activity would definitely help them build better dashboards. I would ideally want them to work on their automation. The team has to manually put filters on the lead activity or stages and then manually push leads into a campaign where counsellors are calling or receiving calls. LeadSquared (LSQ) provides a feature where you can put all of these automations. Based on lead activity, you can put a lot of these automations, and then the campaign will be automatically assigned. It will reduce a lot of manual effort.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Since switching from Google Sheets to LeadSquared, I have seen significant outcomes; once we moved to LeadSquared, we have visibility, we understand which salesperson has how many leads and what the conversion rate is, we can measure all these things in LeadSquared, and this improved our decision-making, with the conversion rate increasing by about 30 to 35% after moving to LeadSquared."
"From a business perspective, it improves efficiency, accountability, and conversion rates, making it one of the most valuable capabilities in LeadSquared."
"The ROI was multiple-fold, as I leveled up with my initial LeadSquared investment within months thanks to new nurture and lead automation campaigns driving conversions, and I previously required three team members for tasks but streamlined that to one individual, yielding significant ROI as my retention and cancellation rates improved from 12% to 27%."
"LeadSquared has positively impacted my organization by allowing us to manage a lot of leads we previously could not handle effectively."
"LeadSquared has created a positive impact on the organization as it has increased sales and customer engagement."
"The most valuable feature of LeadSquared is the customization."
"LeadSquared is an easy tool to adopt and get going with, as it is plug and play."
"LeadSquared has helped my organization to reach out to the prospects in lesser time, and the data maintenance is 100% correct and reliable."
"The feature we like most is Campaign Dial-in, which allows us to churn through 5,000 to 10,000 leads without agents having to dial manually."

Cons

"LeadSquared can be improved on various parameters."
"Overall, LeadSquared is a solid platform, but there are things that could improve."
"LeadSquared can improve by enhancing its dashboards to be more creative, as the current look is very simple and not visually appealing."
"However, I have seen many cases where it provides only sixty-five to seventy percent accuracy, which I believe can be significantly improved."
"The report feature of LeadSquared needs to improve."
"The solution's report section is not very capable and could be improved."
"Currently, we use a third party for calling, and if LeadSquared had an inbuilt third-party integration such as Ameyo or Exotel for calling, or if LeadSquared improved the calling mechanism within the platform itself instead of relying on a third party, that would be an improvement."
"The solution can get quite expensive, especially as you add more users."
"I would ideally want them to work on their automation. The team has to manually put filters on the lead activity or stages and then manually push leads into a campaign where counsellors are calling or receiving calls."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I am not sure about the cost of the solution overall, but with their SMS notifications services, there is an extra cost."
"We have an annual renewable license for LeadSquared."
"LeadSquared is not as costly as other CRM solutions."
"The license is paid yearly, and it is about 30 euros per month per user."
"I would rate the pricing a four out of ten, with one being cheap and ten being expensive. It is on the cheaper side."
