We performed a comparison between IBM Cloud Pak for Integration and Tungsten RPA based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out in this report how the two Cloud Data Integration solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."The most preferable aspect would be the elimination of the command, which was a significant improvement. In the past, it was a challenge, but now we can proceed smoothly with the implementation of our policies and everything is managed through JCP. It's still among the positive aspects, and it's a valuable feature."
"Cloud Pak for Integration is definitely scalable. That is the most important criteria."
"It is a stable solution."
"The most valuable aspect of the Cloud Pak, in general, is the flexibility that you have to use the product."
"The pricing of the solution is quite good."
"The best part of Kofax is that they have a whole concept. It's one product, but also has extra elements that can be integrated."
"The product provides end-to-end solutions for different business problems."
"Kofax handles UIs via the browser well. If it's not possible, they have other features like modeling screen scrapes, etc."
"Kofax RPA's best feature is its high success percentage in picking up information from documents, especially where the DPI is really low."
"The flexibility to use already-developed components is really good. You can use it for Excel-related operations and other things."
"The drag and drop functionality is quite good."
"The product provided all the security controls that we asked them."
"The initial setup is not easy."
"The pricing can be improved."
"Setting up Cloud Pak for Integration is relatively complex. It's not as easy because it has not yet been fully integrated. You still have some products that are still not containerized, so you still have to run them on a dedicated VM."
"Its queuing and messaging features need improvement."
"The scalability has room for improvement."
"Automation with the latest websites is not effective. The support of newer websites developed using new technologies would improve this solution."
"The product has some constraints and performance issues."
"The interface could be better from a usability standpoint."
"Exception handling needs to be improved."
"Its documentation is not widely available on the web. They should work on the availability of its documentation. In Automation Anywhere, there is a feature called Discovery Bot that automatically records the process steps and suggests a possible bot. I am not sure if such a feature is available in Kofax. If it is not available, it will be very good to have this feature. "
"We are on version 10.6, and the current version seems to be 11. Kofax is cycling the capabilities of the product very quickly. One of the difficulties has been to actually keep up with the capabilities as they've evolved. On the one hand, it is good that the product is getting better, but on the other hand, it is difficult to implement the best way with a product that is evolving constantly."
"The solution could use some AI integrated features."
