Excellent for budgeting and forecasting, but long-term it will no longer be developed or supported
The fact that in a few years' time it is no longer going to be supported is a big concern. Therefore, I would advise against Hubble. Additionally, I think we underestimated the time for deployment, we thought it would be a few months and it took much longer than expected because the consultants didn't understand our process in detail before committing to the process. On a scale of one to ten, I would give Hubble a seven.

Has supported effective budget planning but needs better data management and performance improvements
The problem with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud is that they use Essbase, causing the volume of data to increase rapidly. My customer has been using it for five years, and the database has increased to two or three terabytes, which is too big. Oracle has a limit on the database for each customer, notifying that the maximum is only three terabytes, requiring me to back it up elsewhere. The use of Essbase results in rapid database growth, which is an issue I think Oracle needs to improve. While the functions in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud are good, when I create formulas in the dimensions and refresh the data after making new dimensions, elements, or formulas, it takes a long time. I think this performance issue might be due to the large dataset, but since the system is on the cloud, the performance is still poor.

Pros

"The most valuable features are both its budgeting and forecasting."
"The initial setup is pretty straightforward."
"The solution offers well-integrated and dynamic platforms for all disciplines of enterprise performance management."

Cons

"We have been advised by the owners that the budgeting tool is no longer going to be supported with future development, so my recommendation would be for them to continue to invest in development. Otherwise, at some point we will have to migrate to another technology."
"Integration of AI, IoT, and RPA-based automation and prediction features with the solution will be a great plus. Oracle is continuously investing efforts in this direction and new features are being released on a continuous basis."
"On the cloud, additional security is required."
