Continuous data protection guarantees data safety during outages and disasters
Based on my experience, I do recommend Dell RecoverPoint to other businesses. The environment requiring Dell RecoverPoint, such as banks or telcos where data equals money, cannot afford to lose data. The overall solution rating is eight, considering the competition from one or two more OEMs giving a tough time to Dell RecoverPoint.

Easy to use and deploy, user-friendly, and minimally intrusive
We are in the Philippines, and the support that we are getting is from France or Italy. We are in a different time zone, and sometimes, it can take five hours or more than five hours to get a response from them, but overall, their support is good. Most of our problems were solved.
