Cloud-native security has improved real-time threat detection and streamlined daily operations
While CrowdStrike Falcon is strong overall, there are a few areas where it could be improved. First, the user interface can be a bit complex for new users. Sometimes, navigating through different sections and understanding detailed alerts takes time, especially for teams without deep security expertise. The cost is also something to consider, as the features and additional modules can increase pricing, which may be a challenge for smaller teams. Additionally, some integrations with simpler reporting would be helpful. The onboarding process for new users is a bit challenging for beginners to understand all features and workflows in the product. More simplified documentation, step-by-step guides, and real-world examples could help new users get comfortable faster. A structured onboarding or basic training module would be very useful for teams who are new to endpoint security tools. In addition, having more in-product guidance and tooltips within the dashboard could make navigation easier and reduce the learning curve. Overall, improving training resources and onboarding support would make the platform more user-friendly, especially for new users.

Easy to deploy, scalable, but the UI needs work
We use the solution for LLC merchants, threat advisories, and research The solution is adding a more contextually rich and higher fidelity enrichment to our IOCs. Integration is the most valuable feature. The web front end of the UI is a bit clunky and has room for improvement. I would like a…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It's not costly, and it's not constantly running, it's only looking for suspicious items when it starts to take action."
"CrowdStrike Falcon has a ransom detection time of less than 50 seconds."
"We've had security incidents that occurred and within a matter of just a couple of minutes, they were completely remediated and fixed and we didn't even have to think about it."
"We don't need to maintain onsite servers and deep end user updates with the new vulnerabilities."
"The stability is good; we haven't experienced any glitches or bugs."
"The most valuable features of Crowdstrike Falcon XDR are Spotlight and Discovery, they are helpful. Additionally, the console is user-friendly, with fewer false positives than other solutions."
"The features we showcase to potential customers are prevention, malware protection, zero-day protection, and application scripting, and vulnerability assessment is another valuable feature."
"The solution's most valuable feature is that it is robust and can detect almost every malicious activity that occurs within the endpoint."
"Integration is the most valuable feature."

Cons

"As for stability, I would rate it around eight because last year they faced some downtime with around eight thousand computers, but it will improve."
"Basically, they don't cover legacy OS or applications. That's the only issue we're concerned about."
"The technical support could improve because I am in India and the support I receive is from the UK or Australia. It is difficult to manage the time difference. The service could be faster. However, when we do have the support they are knowledgeable."
"I would rate it an eight out of ten. It does what it needs to do but there's always room for improvement."
"We would like to be able to perform on-demand scanning, rather than relying on the scheduler."
"Sometimes CrowdStrike changes the GUI, and they need to be better at informing us and providing guidance concerning that."
"The stability of the solution varies, several weeks ago I had some difficulties deploying CrowdStrike."
"The pricing structure should allow for some flexibility."
"I would like a more universal search."
