Provides peace of mind with outstanding protection against phishing
The best features Corrata offers include the ease of deployment, which is really important, and ease of use. It's a very stable platform, so that aspect is very important to us. The ease of deployment and use is important for my team because everyone will agree that our jobs are full on these days, and time is the most precious factor. The last thing I want is to bring on board a new tool that requires extensive effort and difficulty, both in deployment and maintenance. Having a simplistic solution, deployment, and usage is clear; the benefits are clear. That's exactly what is needed: low touch, low cost. Corrata definitely has unique patented technology, which is great on the edge, and it's just seamless and runs in the background; that simplicity is hugely important to us. Corrata has impacted my organization positively by providing a degree of assurance to all employees that there's a level of protection. There are so many attacks these days in the cyber world, so having that ease of mind and seeing the results of the product being effective and working are the key aspects I would mention.

Automated onboarding has saved hundreds of hours and now standardizes device security globally
In terms of how Ivanti Neurons for UEM can be improved, I think there's potential for automation of some repetitive tasks. The device provisioning process has already become very close to zero-touch, but the patch deployment is still scheduled and policy-driven. As a result, I believe we can reduce endpoint administration further. I also think the number of integrations and the scalability of the tool can be improved, along with customer service, as we've encountered some issues in certain countries. Regarding the needed improvements, particularly concerning integrations or customer service challenges, we have had problems with integration with some third-party tools requiring additional configuration and testing. Occasionally, we also experienced delays between systems, particularly with user group changes and device compliance updates. The accuracy and reliability of output from Ivanti's AI can be improved. We notice that the AI-driven insights are useful, but there are anomalies and some false positives. Since we are still in a validation period, I cannot provide a definitive mark, but I believe that accuracy should be enhanced, especially for more complex and environment-specific issues where human intervention is still needed.
