"Customize workflow processes visually and interactively."
"It was easy to set up my team with access credentials to their files."
"The workflow tracker helps us to track our staff's workflow. It helps us to improve the productivity of our team."
"The feature I have found most valuable is the easy synchronization with other tools."
"The ability to access Comindware Tracker from mobile has been greatly valuable to our organization. We are often out of office and this can create timeframe and task management issues. Being able to access tasks and time tracking while on the move is a great asset."
"The clean interface, prioritization, and private task lists aren't present in other solutions."
"I would say the collaboration features are very useful to us, because we are a European organization, so we are not in one location. This is an easy way to share with other people and ask them for feedback. That is the use case for us."
"This solution is innovative and simple to use."
"The most valuable feature is probably the nature of it."
"The GUI is very easy to use, where you can sit together with your colleagues, discuss the process, and during these discussions you can build up the model."
"It is a scalable solution."
"This is one of the best solutions and it is easy to implement."
"When comparing my experience with Celonis and Signavio, I can discern the distinctions between these two platforms. However, I'm unable to differentiate between ARAs and add-ons, as that falls outside my scope of familiarity. Regarding Celonis, it comes with its set of advantages and disadvantages. Notably, it boasts robust features like action flows, task mining, and seamless integration with AML programming. Conversely, Signavio lacks action flows and instead relies on action segments and tasks for interaction. This discrepancy is a significant factor setting Selenium and SecureView apart. In the context of Signavio, it offers a combination of BPMN and process discovery, a feature absent in Celonis. This tandem of BPMN and process insight contributes to Signavio’S potency. Meanwhile, Celonis primarily features the process miner tool, setting it apart from Signavio. These variations collectively outline the numerous differences existing between Celonis and Signavio."
"I use SAP Signavio Process Manager to model processes to the former operating model."
"This solution lacks API integration with some popular websites."
"We are using the backdated version of this software. That is why we lack of some features. I hope when we update the version, then all the problems will be solved."
"The UX/UI could be reviewed and revamped to meet new the criteria of Digitalization and Innovation."
"I would like them to offer a one-time payment plan that one can choose."
"The OpenAPI is good, but it is not enough. It lacks out-of-box integrations with popular web services."
"There are not very many report templates, and if there were more, it would really help."
"The initial setup seemed a bit complex, and there is no great documentation."
"The initial setup can be quite slow and finicky."
"The collaboration and commenting are great. However, I think it would be more useful for people to get notifications of comments straight-away so we can react even quicker to them than we already can."
"We would like a better way to give users the correct permissions for processes, whether to view or design."
"From what I have experienced when I worked with a process team, we would like to work with dummy process diagrams. Right now, I don't know if I would set up a process as a dummy, since it very often gets mixed up with diagrams in production. There are many process diagrams linked to the production environment. I would like to have some kind of sandbox to work with. That would be very good. I don't even know if they already have it, but I would certainly like that."
"There are a few bugs when you use the Microsoft Surface Hub with the big screen."
"For me, given I've got a lot of experience working with BPMN and other process management tools, in terms of the interface, I think there's a little bit more that can be improved to match what the conventional BPMN offers. I've been constantly trying to give this feedback to Signavio, to let them know that it needs to be more coherent with the original BPMN version of the stencil."
"We sometimes experience downtime or a dropped connection, so I think that the stability can be improved for the SaaS solution."
"I would like to see more integration with the process manager in terms of the workflow accelerator."
"There are some small graphical bugs, but they are addressed immediately by Signavio to their product development team."
