Straightforward to set up, and stable, but requires more granular control over permissions
We encountered an issue where we had different processes for working with partners based on region. For example, Europe and the United States had different processes, and Channeltivity had technical limitations that prevented us from having separate processes for each region. Therefore, we had to unify the processes across regions in order to implement them in Channeltivity. This was one of the main issues we faced. I believe that granting more granular control over permissions within the system would help to prevent the issue we encountered. Specifically, who should be able to view what within the system should be determined by field-level permissions, such as profile permissions. This is an area where I would like to see improvement.

Crossbeam embeds ecosystem data to expand our ICP and addressable market, leading to cross-pollination between sales and marketing. Crossbeam Account Mapping is the tool and capability used most by our go-to-market teams, saving significant manual processes and back-and-forth communication between email, collaboration tools, and Excel spreadsheets by integrating all workflows into a single unified Crossbeam database. Crossbeam AI has enabled us to surface and bring context to our ecosystem intelligence by surveying our CRM and all the integrations we have with Crossbeam, allowing us to query and ask questions of our database in an agentic AI fashion.
