Sr IT Manager at a mining and metals company with 201-500 employees
Automation has ensured compliant user management and consistent directory governance
On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Cayosoft Administrator a ten. I chose ten because the product does everything we need it to do, it does it well, and the support team at Cayosoft is fantastic. We are not using Cayosoft Administrator's AI capabilities, but the product's general governance and security seem good. My advice to others looking into using Cayosoft Administrator is to test it for your use case, but trust that when Cayosoft says their product does something, it does it and it does it well. I am providing this review with an overall rating of ten.

Reporting features have supported regular user management while some automation capabilities remain unused
While the features in ManageEngine ADManager Plus are very good, not all features are necessary for every organization. Automation is a strong feature within the product but is not currently required due to the organization's environment and needs. There are always possibilities for improvements in the initial setup of ManageEngine ADManager Plus.
