Good dashboard with easy tracking feature; lacks sufficient templates
Our use case of this product is for invoice processing. We tested it on a small project to get a comparison with UiPath. I am a user of this product and an intern in the company.  It's great that the solution doesn't require coding. If you input an invoice, it reads all the fields automatically…

Has valuable OCR capabilities and a straightforward setup process
The initial setup is straightforward. Automation Anywhere's cloud-based tools make the deployment process relatively easy compared to other solutions. The on-premises version can be deployed in about a week, as testing is involved. However, deploying the cloud version takes approximately 30 minutes since everything is pre-configured and ready to deploy.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Dashboard is good and the product doesn't require coding."
"Whenever we want to create something from the previous documents or images, the OCR feature enables us to do that job easily."
"The character recognition feature is very good."
"The most valuable feature of IQ Bot is that any user can customize it on their own, and they don't need to get in touch with Automation Anywhere."
"IQ Bot is a useful and easy-to-use tool."
"It offers a pretty simple setup process."
"I would say that the best feature is that it has native automation for the US."
"IQ Bot uses AI technology to extract data from PDF files by analyzing and splitting a particular PDF file into separate groups."
"The way that the learning combines with the OCR is the solution's most valuable aspect."

Cons

"Lacks sufficient keywords and templates."
"IQ Bot uses an API OCR engine. At times, they can't accommodate some text in Korean. Also, Korean characters are not cognitive at times."
"Machine learning capabilities would be beneficial to have."
"It would be helpful if the solution was better at reading handwriting. It needs better handwriting recognition."
"Building IQ bots is time-consuming. Initially, script-wise, it would take a lot of time and also the testing of testing part of it."
"The user should be able to update the data libraries."
"There are issues with the technology identifying a signature."
"Customer service and support are good and supportive. However, their response time could be improved, especially for new issues not found in the community version."
"There should be built-in or native intelligent processing capabilities."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"If you make use of only a few bots, this solution is very cheap."
"Pricing is highly confidential because it is something that can be negotiated."
"IQ Bot is expensive compared to other solutions."
"It's expensive."
"The solution’s hardware cost is high."
"Pricing for IQ Bot isn't good because if you're paying a lot and you're still getting some problems from it, then you can't give it a good rating. You have to compare how much you're taking out of your pocket with what you're getting from the solution. For example, I have a client paying $30 or $40 for the solution, but sometimes, he's still getting exceptions or errors from it. The cost of IQ Bot is too high, so people are hesitant to purchase the license for it. On a scale of one to five, with one being expensive, and five being affordable, I'm giving IQ Bot pricing a one."
"With the Cloud, the price goes up and down. You only pay for what you use."
"IQ Bot's pricing is reasonable compared to other solutions but should be decreased further."
