Automated recovery has reduced downtime and now restores full application environments quickly
I would wish for Arpio Disaster Recovery & Readiness to be better suited for on-premises environments. It is generally well-suited for AWS and Azure, but not very much for a hybrid environment such as AWS and on-premises, which may not provide the same value. Arpio could improve significantly in on-premises environments, which is a primary concern. The pricing is somewhat high currently, and there could be extended discounts for regular customers or subscribers. Those are the limitations that could be addressed for Arpio. Usability of Arpio is very good, and the UI is user-friendly. However, initial DR planning always requires a comprehensive understanding of cloud architecture, which can be a challenge for non-technical individuals such as product managers or sprint managers. That could be improved.

Secure remote access has transformed daily work and supports productive hybrid collaboration
One area for improvement in HP Anywhere would be simplifying the initial setup and configuration process for new users. Better documentation and more self-service troubleshooting options would also help reduce support requests. Apart from that, my overall experience with HP Anywhere has been positive. Another improvement for HP Anywhere would be enhanced reporting and monitoring features, which could help administrators identify and resolve issues more quickly. Occasionally, users may experience network-related performance fluctuations, so further optimizations for low-bandwidth connections would be beneficial. However, these have been minor concerns, and overall the platform has performed reliably for our team's remote work needs. I rated HP Anywhere 8 out of 10 instead of a higher score because there is still room for improvement in areas such as initial setup, reporting and monitoring capabilities, and performance consistency on lower-bandwidth networks. While the overall experience has been very positive, addressing these areas would make the solution even better. In my experience, the AI capabilities of HP Anywhere have been reasonably accurate and reliable for routine tasks and insights. The outputs are generally helpful and save time, but I still prefer to review important recommendations before taking action. Overall, the AI features are useful as a support tool rather than a complete replacement for human decision-making.

Pros

"We save about 40% of our time due to Arpio, and we have also managed to save between 20% to 25% in costs."
"I have seen a return on investment since the implementation, as the main benefit was the reduction in execution times for several internal processes; before, many approvals depended on a responsible person being physically in the office or connected to the corporate network, and after implementation, those approvals could be carried out from a phone in a matter of minutes."
"HP Anywhere fits well into my daily workflow because it provides reliable and secure access to office resources from any location, helps reduce downtime, supports remote collaboration, and allows me to work efficiently without worrying about data security."

Cons

"The pricing is somewhat high currently, and there could be extended discounts for regular customers or subscribers."
"I rated HP Anywhere 8 out of 10 instead of a higher score because there is still room for improvement in areas such as initial setup, reporting and monitoring capabilities, and performance consistency on lower-bandwidth networks."
