Automation has replaced manual customer operations and is improving accuracy and focus
I can say that the best features Arize AI offers is that I do not need to use multiple software solutions. Suppose I do not need to connect with third-party apps; it is a complete AI team. It is not just one software; it is a complete AI team. I can do anything available from this one software. I need not merge any third-party software. I need not integrate it. All the things that I want to do as an agent, a basic AI agent, I can access Arize AI and create an agent. I can trace from there, evaluate from there, experiment, give a prompt, monitor, and give annotation. All the things are possible. The feature I use most often and find the most valuable in my daily work is that the prompt playground is more of a benefit for me. We can give a prompt, set the functions, and see how users interact with it. All these things, and we can target our language from the features. We can send messages also. We can see auto-generated prompts. We can view them from here. We can run two prompts at a time. We can run multiple prompts at a time. I think it is quite useful. In the prompt playground, I can see we can do most of the things. We can translate the prompt from one thing to another. We can use any of ChatGPT. We can use any model from the AI, such as GPT, and we can use any parameters. It is not limited to one software. We can change software also. We can use AI bots also from here. I think that is quite useful. Arize AI has positively impacted my organization by reducing most of our manual work. We have shifted to complete automation from this. Working hours are reduced and we are more focused. There is less chance of mistakes. We are more focused toward accuracy and can focus more on our work.

Consolidated cloud security has reduced manual work and has automated vulnerability remediation
I elaborate on my rating of SentinelOne support by mentioning that there was some time where the troubleshooting took a longer time. In fact, there were many meetings going on. The availability of the document on the internet is on a lesser side because as an engineer, I would want to know about the troubleshooting aspects of this particular tool. When I am facing a customer, I do not prefer to bring the vendor to every call and try to resolve it, as it takes months and months. It would be better to have a training session with the engineer on site to explain and train properly. This is not the case with SentinelOne, so this is the only thing I have a complaint about. I do not have any other room for improvement to suggest within SentinelOne itself. However, I would really want the AI assistant for the threat hunting part to be more accessible. They have it, but they are making it licensed, so it is a bit on the higher end.

"Its performance impact on the systems is low, which means there is a minimal impact on system performance compared to traditional antivirus solutions."
"Cloud Native Security offers a valuable tool called an offensive search engine."
"We really appreciate the Slack integration. When we have an incident, we get an instant notification. We also use Joe Sandbox, which Singularity can integrate with, so we can verify if a threat is legitimate."
"The best features in SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security are that it is user friendly and its user interface is very easy to understand."

Cons

"More end-to-end architecture examples would be beneficial as current technical documentation is solid, but more practical examples are desired."
"I think we can improve its interface."
"They could generally give us better comprehensive rules."
"I believe the UI/UX updates for SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security have room for improvement."
"The Automation tab is an add-on that doesn’t work properly. They provide a list of scripts that don’t work and I have asked support to assist but they won’t help. When running on various endpoints the script doesn’t work and if it does, it’s only a couple. There are a lot of useful scripts that would be beneficial to run forensics, event logs, and process lists running on the endpoint."
"One potential drawback is the cost of SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security, which may be prohibitive for smaller businesses or startups, particularly those in regions with lower average incomes, such as India."
"One area that could be improved in SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security is their policies; the way they have configured the policies could be enhanced."
"SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security has limited legacy system support and may not fully support older operating systems or legacy environments."
"The first downside of SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security was the onboarding process, which was very challenging and took a lot of time."
"SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security is an excellent CSPM tool, but its CWPP features need improvement, and there is scope for more application security posture management features."
