For Catman, they have one of the best solutions in the world, which I appreciate because it is easy to use, very powerful, not complex to implement, but can be tailored for end users and customers.

I would rate the technical support experience around a seven; my general overview is that they close cases quickly but may not focus solely on customer needs.
