A much more mature product in this regard is BeyondInsight. Highly customizable and flexible when it comes to scanning.

Contributed a review of Imperva Web Application Firewall: Scan policies allow us to group multiple targets and standardize our database scanning. Technical support is probably the biggest drawback.
