Data Warehouse Developer with strengths in PL/SQL, SQL, T-SQL, Python and Bash scripting. I've worked with many development tools including Toad, RazorSQL, Vim, PgAdmin, MySQL Workbench, SQL Server Management Studio, and WingIDE. My primary DBMS expertise is in Oracle (8i-11g), but I also have worked professionally with SQL Server (2005-2012), PostgreSQL, Greenplum, MySQL (Percona) and MS Access databases.

I've built complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions including batch processing, dynamic PL/SQL, and object oriented development to manage the ETL processing for a large scale healthcare warehouse. Additionally, I've leveraged Python to manage a large-scale, daily ETL process between a core SQL Server warehouse and roughly 60 healthcare client databases.

In design I've augmented and developed ETL metadata objects, star schema warehouse objects, data marts, and third normal form structures. I've studied both Inmon and Kimball structures, but worked professionally in hybrid warehouse environments.

Additionally I've done light DBA work in an Oracle environment including managing table spaces and on-disk space, developing Sarbanes Oxley compliant access monitoring, managing user and role privileges, and troubleshooting and investigating major database issues.
