Reports in minutes rather than weeks or days - yes! Not quite the report you wanted? A few clicks and it's there with modifications.

I agree with the above, and will emphasize the ease of initial setup (starting small so employees/coworkers don't feel swamped is the way to go) and the awesome scalability and flexibility.
