I find a combination of Data Services for ETL, IDT for universe and Webi for reporting are best for my clients needs. Although we always spice it up with Explorer and Dashboard Designer to get the most out the BI suit. For scheduling and publishing of reports we use BI Launchpad

We have been using Crystal Reports for many years. For the last 4 years we have been adding the BO WEBI and Universes to our reporting tool set. Together they make a pretty complete reporting platform. We use Infoview for our report delivery and scheduling.
