My main use case for Influitive Platform is to ask our advocates and to keep track of them in order to have them perform acts of advocacy for us. An act of advocacy might be a review similar to this, or speaking at a conference on our behalf. A specific example of how I've used Influitive Platform to engage advocates would be when we have a prospect who wants to speak to a customer. We could put a challenge or request out to our community of advocates asking who would be willing to speak to this customer as a reference call. I also use Influitive Platform as a way to maintain a central database of all advocates. This allows other people to access information about who the advocates are and what they've done.
