Before diving into using this solution, make sure that you do some testing. Push it out to just a group of your users or explore a bit before you just dive straight into it. I feel like because of our experience. It was a situation where they did an initial test and then they were impressed with some of the features, but once they started to use it, they realized that it was not really what they wanted. If anything, it was more than we needed. We were paying all this money for this solution, but we're really not getting that much use out of it. Try to utilize the features before you go with it. They do have really well-designed content, a good GUI, and it's very user-friendly, but the reliability and the actual email content that gets sent out needs to be more customizable. I would rate Webroot Security Awareness Training a six out of ten.
