If I were to put the support on a scale from one to ten, I would give a score of four. We are users without any partnerships with BlueCat. Somebody needs to see how the application is running on it, and it also needs to be updated. The versions of BlueCat need to be updated, and while we faced some challenges there, it went with support. Overall, I rate Micetro a seven out of ten.
I would recommend Micetro because it is easy to operate. In larger teams, different roles can be assigned to people. It is easy to maintain and provides much more inside information about what's on your network. I would rate Micetro a nine out of ten.

I would rate Micetro ten out of ten. Micetro requires minimal maintenance; we'll only need to install updates. While automatic updates might be available, we follow the standard practice of manually reviewing update information before installation. This occasional task is the extent of Micetro's maintenance needs. Initially hesitant to grant Micetro full control, we used it as a basic IPAM system without write-back capabilities or active DNS. We quickly recognized this as a mistake and enabled Micetro's full functionality. The product has been flawless, with no issues like bad records or duplicate IPs. Trust the product and leverage its full potential from the start.
I would rate Red Hat Enterprise Linux nine out of ten. Organizations seeking to reduce costs associated with RHEL support or those with internal teams capable of managing and supporting the operating system can leverage the open-source version. Our system administrators handle maintenance, and we additionally cover annual maintenance costs. I recommend adhering to best practices and maintaining the system regularly for optimal stability.
