We measure the effectiveness of Kaspersky TOTAL Security for Business through phishing by attempting to fish the emails of our clients and introducing some threats. We also conduct some attacks such as DDoS to see if we can get through. Those are the metrics that we use. Since we have a CyberSec team, these are some of the metrics that we utilize. I find the pricing of Kaspersky TOTAL Security for Business competitive, but prices could be lower since the market in Kenya is skeptical about these security softwares and devices. They remain skeptical about purchasing them. However, we are still conducting customer awareness initiatives so that people can transition to security. Security is not well embraced in Kenya, but we continue to promote it. Mostly, the larger portion of what we do is awareness. When one is aware, and when the big bosses of companies understand certain risks and what can happen, they embrace security slowly and then purchase the devices and the softwares. I would rate this product a seven out of ten.

Based on our experience, I would rate the solution a seven out of ten. I would recommend it. However, if they address a few issues like the lack of local support, it could be even better. Overall, it's a strong product, especially considering its Russian origin. If they resolve these few issues, it would definitely be a top contender.
