Content workflows have transformed agency sites and now drive consistent organic leads
Sometimes even agencies need to have access to these and they could create even, I would say they would create, for example, a solution for agencies themselves. It would be like a branch of that, a Webflow Business - Enterprise agency, which would be more focused on just the things that matter for agencies in that specific case. For example, an agency may want or may need some translations on their website because they have clients from different countries. They may need things that are really specific. For example, they may not need all the bandwidth, but they may need those translations. They may need a client area or not, depending. But they may have a lot of visitors. Imagine if the biggest agencies in the world basically have tons of visitors just for their opinion articles and news in the business. That would make sense and to be slightly more affordable because sometimes agencies are one person, sometimes agencies are 10, 100, or 1,000 people. It really depends and I feel that if they could actually have that, that would be awesome. Also to have internal metrics is something that really bothers me as a content creator. Nowhere on Webflow, whatever the plan, people don't have access to any metrics. They don't know anything unless, of course, they are going to link the website to Google Analytics and Google Search Console, but there are no internal metrics. People don't know anything. They don't know how a specific blog article is performing unless they go to Google Analytics. This is something that I feel in comparison with other CMS solutions, let me say WordPress, is a problem. People don't know the performance of an article. When one opens the back end and clicks on a blog article because they want to edit it, on WordPress, they already know how many views it had, how many clicks it had, and they just need a free plugin to do that. Here on Webflow, of course, people don't have plugins, but they also don't have that opportunity to see or check any metrics. To have these plans so expensive but not providing any metrics is a bit odd. I feel that especially with content, people are working consistently on improving metrics. People need data to actually improve and not providing that is a bit of a miss for them. I've always said this and I've talked with developers about this and they said this is not to bloat the back end, but I feel that they should have the metrics because it makes a whole lot of difference to have those there because sometimes Google Analytics doesn't capture everything or captures in duplicates because sometimes there are occurrences that happen. I feel that it would be best for example, for people that don't know when they are setting up. Of course, when talking about enterprise, things are going to be set up professionally. But I feel that having the metrics there, for example, a CEO of a company is not going to access Google Analytics to check anything. Maybe they will try to sneakily access the website without telling the content person just to see if they are lying about the metrics. Having those metrics there in the back end for anyone to see would help a lot instead of people having to go to Google Analytics, Google Search Console to actually get those metrics. I feel that that's something that is lacking a lot there. I feel that they should have, in some capacity, something that Semrush has to help guide content towards matching SEO metrics or to have a better SEO score in terms of the writing itself. That could be a really interesting tool that they could bring to actually help people when they are creating blog content, to see if that content is actually hitting a specific keyword, if people have the density that it needs, if people have everything done correctly. I feel that's the thing that would be missing there as well. Because it still lacks a couple of functionalities, as I said, it has a lot of room for improvement. They just need to see what others are doing, for example, Yoast, Semrush, and everything else and see how they are doing the focus on SEO improvements. I know that Webflow is already well versed when it comes to SEO and everything ranking already. But when it comes to creating the content itself, for example, content creators are using Webflow. And even digital agencies, because they write articles to bring people to the website and to showcase their expertise. To have those tools to help them write with more quality would be something that I feel would be valuable and they are missing at the moment. The metrics, they are missing there, and that's a big problem for them in my opinion.

Centralized hosting has simplified managing 90+ sites and has improved visibility and workflows
Some of the best features that WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform offers include daily automated backups of every site, which are valuable in case something goes wrong, and the Smart Plugin Manager feature that automatically updates your website's plugins while doing visual regression testing. I appreciate that they have added reporting features and performance monitoring capabilities like Lighthouse scores to see how our sites are performing in terms of speed. WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform has positively impacted my organization by making it significantly easier to manage everything, allowing my team to manage all the websites in one platform where you're logged in and can manage any site you need to. Specific outcomes I can share include overall visibility and transparency of things on a larger scale, allowing someone like myself or another team member to see the bigger picture regarding the performance of the server or the sites and all the activity going on.

"Without Webflow Business - Enterprise, if we were spending 10 million, we could save half with Webflow Business - Enterprise, spending only 5 million, and the time saved is significant as well because using manual processing takes more time compared to passing tasks through Webflow Business - Enterprise, which reduces time by about 70%."
"Webflow Business - Enterprise has impacted my organization positively by providing a tool that gives a quick alternative to using WordPress because the whole WordPress hosting and server setup, doing mail SMTP, getting all the core plugins installed, it is good, but it is just a lot."
"WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform has probably been one of the best hosts that we have used, and although it is slightly more expensive, the cost outweighs itself because the support and overall use of setting things up within the platform is much easier than others."
"WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform has positively impacted my organization by making it significantly easier to manage everything, allowing my team to manage all the websites in one platform where you're logged in and can manage any site you need to."

Cons

"Webflow Business - Enterprise can be improved by having more integrations with AI."
"To have these plans so expensive but not providing any metrics is a bit odd."
"I see Webflow as a toy product still, just because it just has not reached that level."
"Webflow Business - Enterprise could improve on pricing, as advanced features such as branching and reverse proxy setups are great, allowing us to host pages under different platforms while serving all under a single domain."
"If Webflow Business - Enterprise added some more custom coding options, it would be great since some features are not enough for creating the possible website."
"One of the main things that hinders me while working on Webflow is copying elements and copying page layouts from one page to another."
"I find that Webflow could be improved, as the dashboard design could be more user-friendly in terms of colors and brands."
"Sometimes the support time or to get hold of someone is a very long time. Sometimes you can wait up to 30 or 40 minutes for someone, and you sometimes have to re-explain yourself quite a lot."
"When considering optimization processes in WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform, I would like to have more flexibility in the area of dashboards, giving me more options to work with my domains on the server-side."
"One improvement I wish WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform could make is the ability to manage individual sites' users within each site since I would like to bulk manage the users specific to each site rather than just users of WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform."
"WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform can be improved by considering that for my clients in Poland, when they add many features, the basic pricing is competitive; however, when adding some add-ons, everything becomes paid, such as automatic updates at plus $8 and NitroPack at plus $20, which makes it somewhat pricey for Polish standards."
