Improved data management has reduced errors while consistent loads have saved weekly effort
I think the best feature Stitch offers is that it handles deleted records. Stitch's ability to handle deleted records is a standout feature for me because if a record is deleted at the source, I can easily track it with soft delete and all that functionality. Stitch has impacted my organization positively, as I have both positive and negative aspects with it. One positive aspect is that full loads are free, so whenever I see data issues, I can go for full loads. At the same time, I need to look at the limitations, such as API limits. Stitch has helped my organization achieve better data management, making it easier. Better data management means that Stitch helps my team access data faster and reduces errors.

Drag and drop capabilities simplify service development for easy building
It is drag and drop. Drag and drop make it easier to build the service end to end. It is easier to build services with BusinessWorks. When I have an architecture designed to plug in the service itself with BW, it makes things much easier. It is easy to integrate, especially when the architecture is well-designed.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Stitch has helped my organization achieve better data management, making it easier, as it helps my team access data faster and reduces errors."
"The most valuable feature of Stitch for us is ease of use. This solution is fire-and-forget. All an organization has to do is set up the connection or integration and move on."
"It is user friendly, it's not complex."
"Areas for improvement would be the cloud fitness of the product and the ease of migrating to newer versions."
"Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten…On a scale from one to ten, where one is difficult, and ten is easy, I rate the initial setup a nine."
"It is very valuable for my work, helping me communicate with other branches, parse data, and change data formats to respond to the front channels with the correct format."
"It is very stable. It is a market leader, and it has connectors to many of the legacy systems. It also has enterprise cloud connectors."
"The solution is stable. We haven't had any serious technical issues."
"The tool's most valuable feature is BusinessConnect. It's an older product but still quite useful, especially for transferring files from one location to another."
"Drag and drop make it easier to build the service end to end."

Cons

"Generally speaking, support is a pain point. In the next release, I would love to see a change in support from the current chat to a more comprehensive portal."
"My experience with customer support for Stitch has been very bad."
"The learning curve takes time compared to webMethods."
"Technical support is average. It's not the best."
"This solution's cloud could be improved. I don't know whether it was because we didn't have the internal expertise or if it was the product itself, but since they came later—I think only two or three years into the cloud—after many other iPaaS that had been in the cloud for longer, I feel that maybe they haven't matured in terms of the cloud."
"There is room for improvement on the learning side."
"The cost has room for improvement."
"The initial setup is not easy."
"Challenges with TIBCO BusinessWorks were mainly due to unclear documentation, but these were overcome by referring to comprehensive documents and raising tickets with TIBCO support."
"The communication protocols could be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"The solution is too expensive. It's one of the most expensive solutions out there, particularly because there are so many open-source competitors on the market. I don't know the exact numbers, however."
"The product is not cheap."
"The payments made for service are the only addition to the standard licensing fees that we pay for the solution."
"Licensing scheme is too rigid"
"I think BusinessWorks is more expensive compared to other products. We have the ELA, so at least we have some sort of bargain or discount with that. But for a start-up, it's very expensive compared to other ESBs."
"TIBCO licensing is yearly and very costly for a company like ours."
"It is a bit expensive for medium-sized companies. If you are migrating from the current version to the container-supported version, it is quite expensive. The existing licensing will not work because the product platform itself is different."
"I would rate the solution's pricing a three out of ten."
