ZenBasket has been fantastic in terms of updating our inventory and keeping us well-informed about incoming orders. These features have significantly reduced our manual workload and enhanced customer satisfaction. However, it would be wonderful if we could have more opportunities to customize the appearance of our store. While the automated updates and order notifications have been a great help, having greater flexibility in in-store customization would be a positive addition. It would allow us to align our online presence more closely with our brand and potentially improve the overall shopping experience for our customers. Providing these customization options would not only maintain the streamlined operations but also give us the opportunity to create a visually distinctive and engaging online store that sets us apart in a positive way. For the next time they make it better, it would be good if more people could pay in different ways.
