Any product that I create, I will have an improvement expectation for Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu. The one expectation that I have is that the UI can be still improved. Some more metrics can be established. Nowadays, there are a lot of configurations. I should be able to really connect with AI as another feature that can also be integrated. These are the three or four items that can be added to the improvement toward Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu.Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu could include AI chat features in the future to make it even better. When there is a build happening or when there is a job happening, I could ask in the chat how long that takes or what is the current job running. These AI features can be included.

Daily work has become smoother and organized as I manage calls, notes, and files efficiently
The best features that Windows 11 offers in my opinion are Notepad++ and the integration, as I could use Microsoft 365 on it and I could also run many applications. If I want to use Linux, then I could use Windows Subsystem for Linux as well. Most of the industry-wide applications are easily installable on Windows 11 and user-friendly as well. Windows 11 has definitely impacted my organization positively because you could see that all the day-to-day activities, most of our professionals would use a Windows system itself. In terms of productivity, Windows 11 has made a positive difference as we use a mail inbox with its links and Microsoft Teams, which is available. Windows 11 is natively installable and very friendly with the compatible operating system, and alongside, we have other applications that are available. Edge browser, which is the default browser for Windows 11, is also a good browser and a very decent option. Additionally, we have other features available for the day-to-day activities. You can see it gives you a basic calendar, calculator, and camera options, and you have the File Explorer. You get a pretty decent operating system for a layman to work on a day-to-day basis. While there are certain tasks that consume a certain amount of time, Windows 11 reduces the time. The usability and architecture, how it is built, makes a user get into a state where they don't need to spend excessive effort on the task to be done. You can get everything through a UI-based interface, and everything is sorted and very simple. Over the period of time, the operating system evolution by Microsoft is good for the individual workspace.

"We are migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 due to end-of-life, security concerns, and end-of-support. The tool's configuration is good and we are satisfied with it since it's a Microsoft product. We didn't face any hurdles in using the tool. We didn't feel much difference with both Windows products. The solution is good because in IT we want to secure our data. Nowadays, data is the most valuable thing. If your data is secured, then you are secured. I think that everyone has to move to Windows 11 since Windows 10 is facing end-of-life and end-of-sales, probably by 2024."

Cons

"Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu can have some enhancements; the UI can be more attractive, as it is just a normal layout right now, so we can have some kind of tiles and devise some separate area to choose that particular pipeline itself related to configuration and the pipeline, but apart from that, functionality-wise, it is good, though sometimes Jenkins is down when we are doing multiple deployments at the same time, which is one major issue."
"I wish it had a more friendly user interface."
"One area Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu could improve is role control, particularly with RBAC permissions, as this has been an issue for a long time."
"Currently, Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu is almost obsolete."
"Initially, I faced some issues with plugins that might be incompatible while setting up Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu."
"I have not seen a return on investment with Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu."
"There is a maintenance overhead to using Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu since the customer is responsible for patching both Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu and the OS, and although security issues are somewhat handled, Jenkins on Hardened Ubuntu third-party plugins may still be insecure, and hardened images can be too restrictive."
"There was trouble installing a program from my USB flash drive."
"Windows 11 requires a very powerful hardware infrastructure. When installed on an old machine, it can be problematic due to outdated configurations."
"Drives are a significant issue, and finding the correct drives for everything to function properly is challenging."
"Comparing Windows 11 with a Mac, it's smoother to operate on the Mac OS. The Mac OS is smoother to operate."
"The vendor must focus on building more reliable hardware."
"I choose 7 out of 10 because there are many advertisements and telemetry issues that persist even if you have a Pro tier of Windows 11."
"The product's price, performance, and implementation accessibility need improvement."
"I would like to add a frontend to manage the virtual machines that are installed in Windows 11. It should also improve security which includes patching the vulnerabilities."
