Best suitable for small to medium companies and offers excellent technical support and training
The dashboard and reporting features of escala CRM have been beneficial because they are straightforward to use. Unlike other tools that try to do too much, escala focuses on simplicity, making it easier to train employees and adapt to our market needs. This simplicity is crucial for us, as extensive training can be expensive and time-consuming. The integration of Escala CRM with other tools is very good, particularly due to its use of APIs. Integrating with other applications is straightforward and standard practice, making it easy to connect with different tools as needed. Whether I would recommend escala CRM to others depends on the specific needs of the customer. If they require more than just CRM functionality, such as digital marketing capabilities, escala may not be a good fit. However, if they primarily need CRM features, it is worth considering based on its focus on small and medium-sized companies, excellent support, and training. Overall, I would rate escala CRM as a nine out of ten.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The most valuable feature of Escala CRM is its excellent training and support."
"Our team uses the platform for many different functions, and the ability to have multiple Kanban boards that are integrated into various other platforms our team uses has helped us become more efficient in our content creation strategies."
"The board customization is an incredibly valuable feature."
"The way it allows our team to communicate with each other and keep each other up to date on many ongoing assignments at once through comments and the subitems feature is very helpful."
"The templates were always the best part as not starting from scratch made the process so much easier."
"Creating super-smart to-do lists, intern management, and sales leads lists has been huge."
"My favorite feature is time tracking."
"Monday.com is the best platform for working with project organizations."
"Monday.com has provided a centralized and easy-to-use area for my team to store all of our information and collaborate together."

Cons

"It might not be suitable for larger enterprises."
"Monday.com is always upgrading its features. I struggle to keep up with it all as I am not a tech expert."
"I'm unable to send messages or update any projects from my tablet or cell phone which makes it hard when you are in the field all day and can't be at your desk."
"The iPad version of Monday.com doesn't have the same functionality."
"I wish the Time Tracking features were a little more robust."
"I would love to be able to hide rows visibility. Currently, this is only available for columns."
"While there are most of the features that users aspire to see in managing daily plans and tasks, they could focus to bring in extensive and comprehensive features of project management and grant management."
"The pricing is a bit steep, and it's built on tiers rather than incremental users (not ideal for a small company that's adding people slowly)."
"I would like to have the ability to create more than two levels of subtasks in monday.com. It was a significant challenge as I often wanted to make a task dependent on another group, but it was difficult."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"I think monday.com's paywalls are a little too high. Some basic features are locked behind the premium subscription. Some applications they offer within their subscription model are locked in an expensive package. These applications provide functionality that would benefit small teams, but it's too much money for a startup or a small business."
"We tell others it's about $2200 for a ten-person plan and it can be adjusted; it's easy to scale."
"It's definitely affordable. I don't think it is necessarily the cheapest, but it's definitely not the most expensive. The price is well worth the value that we get out of it."
"The enterprise plan looks expensive because we don't understand the value as monday.com users. The pro level and other packages seem reasonable."
"The pricing of monday.com was a little bit high for us, especially here in South Africa, compared to Basecamp."
"Though I am unsure about the product's pricing plan, there is a need to make monthly payments towards the licensing costs attached to the solution, and it operates on a per-user plan."
"The price is reasonable for the number of users we have."
"monday.com is pretty affordable. It's cheaper than Asana. There are four tiers, including a free version. The free version is fine if you don't have any complex projects. One of the most advanced plans is around $16 per month per user."
