Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The main feature that I found the most valuable is the ability to link the documents such that they are automatically taken to a page where you can review them.""A valuable feature is that it stores my files and photos. I'm satisfied with this product.""The security features of the product for data protection are good. I rate the security part a ten out of ten.""The product's most valuable feature is storage.""Availability of dedicated Apps on any kind of OS.""Offers great flexibility.""One of the most useful features of Dropbox is its ease of use.""Dropbox has a simple interface, and it's pretty straightforward."

"The best feature is ease of use.""The most valuable feature of Google Cloud Storage is the filter option. You can search with some artificial intelligence kinds of features. For example, if I search for a beach, it'll show me all the beach-related pictures, which I took five or ten years before. So this is a cool feature that I've seen. They give as many features as they can to make it better, so I'm happy with this solution.""We are satisfied with the parameters of Google Cloud Storage.""The most valuable features are stability and ease of use.""It's easy to use.""The responses from the technical team are fast...It is a stable product...We do have plans to increase the number of users since it is a scalable product.""There is a free-to-use version. This is the version I use.""The solution is flexible and very user-friendly."

Cons
"Currently, it permits up to five users, but for larger families, it would be beneficial to have a more flexible offering.""I would like to see an option to secure my files and set password protection to my folders.""We are moving to Microsoft Teams. Instead of Dropbox, we will be using Microsoft Teams that has the advantage of saving the versions. It supports file versioning so that you can always go back to the previous version if you want to. If somebody has made a change in one of the files and you don't know what changes have been made, you can always go back to the previous version. This feature led us to migrate to Microsoft Teams. With Dropbox, there is no option for simultaneous work. This feature is there in Google Files. In Microsoft Teams, you can invite team members to collaborate. That is the reason why I prefer Microsoft Teams over Dropbox. It should also have more integration with other solutions.""The problem with the storage is that you are only able to synchronize the information within the amount of storage that you have. It doesn't matter if you are accessing from a team member who has more storage, the limitations are with your storage.""I would like to be able to unarchive my files online.""I find it a little hard to organize my Dropbox folders on my mobile device.""A room for improvement in Dropbox is document editing. It would be nice to have the functionality of editing the document with other people at the same time. This is something that can be done on Office 365, and it's a feature I'd like to see in the next release of Dropbox.""Dropbox could improve by increasing its storage."

More Dropbox Cons →

"It would be helpful to offer more packages to increase the storage.""The solution’s stability could be improved.""The solution should offer more free storage.""I'd like the solution to integrate better with other clouds, including the Apple cloud.""The solution is good, however, it would benefit from increased storage without the additional cost.""It was a little more complicated when compared to Apple.""The solution could always be more user-friendly.""It could be made even more secure and allow for more storage."
