Facilitates integration of test scenarios while needing modernization of components

Streamlined development and robust SDK integration with auto and vertical scaling
The main area that requires improvement is the function apps and logic apps, specifically from a VNet integration standpoint. When running in private network configurations, Logic Apps do not fulfill most of the requirements. Deploying Logic Apps in a private network environment becomes complicated due to the extensive white testing and configurations needed at the networking layer.

"CucumberStudio aligns with our strategy for data-driven testing."

"Overall, I would rate Microsoft Azure App Service as nine out of ten."
"The technical support from Microsoft Azure App Service is good."
"The most valuable features of Microsoft Azure App Service are its vertical and horizontal scaling, along with its ability to throw a docker image."
"The best feature is scalability, which allows you to target potential clients worldwide by connecting the application to a local server. This makes the application readily accessible, and the response time will be much better."
"It is the best because it's easy to use, and there's a plan for every type of workload."
"The integration works smoothly once you understand the process."
"The primary and standout feature is ease of deployment."
"My organization has significantly improved operations using Azure App Service."

Cons

"I think it would be better if we could also do the reporting with CucumberStudio."
"A key area for improvement is to revamp outdated components such as HipTest publisher."
"I would like to see better customer support."
"CucumberStudio's API integration could be improved both in terms of reliability and design."
"The reporting needs to be improved."
"Another kind of deployment might be useful, perhaps an option to install the tool in a local deployment."
"A key area for improvement is to revamp outdated components such as HipTest publisher."
"Microsoft Azure App Service needs some improvement in the scaling area."
"I am new to the intervention and I find it difficult to find my way around the user interface. I have my own learning tool. However, it could be simpler for new users."
"Limited integration is an area for improvement in Microsoft Azure App Service. Another area for improvement in the platform is multi-language support."
"Extended uptime and improved speed would be beneficial for both development purposes and the free tier of the service. Currently, the uptime is limited to a few hours per day, which could be increased to provide more continuous and efficient usage."
"The cost management of this solution could be better. We only receive estimations."
"Microsoft Azure App Service could improve by having better integration with on-premise solutions."
"Microsoft Azure App Service has a lot of complexity because there are a lot of options and functionality. It is simple to become confused, there are many technical elements to learn before you can utilize the solution. If they could make the solution easier to use it would be a benefit."
"Customers love it when a solution is affordable, but with Microsoft Azure App Service, you can start and stop it, and when you stop it, it won't be reachable and it won't be available, yet you're still being charged for it. You'll still be charged even if the solution isn't accessible because Microsoft Azure App Service runs on a shared virtual machine that keeps on running, so if there's a way to work this out, it'll be a great improvement to only pay for what you use. The solution should have no hidden cost and no extra charge when it's stopped. This is what needs improvement in Microsoft Azure App Service."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"As you move up the license tiers it becomes expensive."
"The pricing for Microsoft Azure App Service is per hour, and you're billed per hour, and it depends on the plan you're using. Each plan can host up to a minimum of four to eight applications at a time, so the pricing is quite okay with how I use Microsoft Azure App Service currently, but with the little testing I've done, I saw that some other regions tend to be costlier than others. If the same SLE is delivered for all services, there should be a way to make the prices parallel across regions. Having more transparent pricing for Microsoft Azure App Service would give customers more comfort."
"The pricing for this solution is set in tiers, with the overall cost depending on the features that are required. I would advise organizations to have a detailed look at the functions they need, to ensure that they are in the correct pricing tier."
"I rate Microsoft Azure App Service a seven out of ten for pricing."
"On a scale of one to five, with one being expensive and five being competitive, I would rate this solution as a four."
"Azure App Service is expensive compared to its competitors, especially its cloud-only version."
"Microsoft Azure App Service is an expensive platform, but it depends on the data ingestion. There's a pay-as-you-go plan and a savings plan for compute, but total costs depend on data ingestion and disk space. For high performance, security, and isolation, Microsoft offers a disk space of 1 TB, with a pay-as-you-go price of $40 per hour, if I'm not mistaken."
"We have no complaints about the pricing."
