Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Customize workflow processes visually and interactively.""The configurable dashboard analytics and reporting capabilities ensure timely decision making.""The workflow tracker helps us to track our staff's workflow. It helps us to improve the productivity of our team.""It provides a scalable solution that should allow me to grow my company without too much fuss or further set up required.""The feature I have found most valuable is the easy synchronization with other tools.""It is perhaps the most user-friendly web forms automation software. At least, I did not find anything better while testing several others similar to it.""The clean interface, prioritization, and private task lists aren't present in other solutions.""It was easy to set up my team with access credentials to their files."

"The Control Tower enables us to create and use workflows. It helps us run processes. There are a lot of small features, but the Control Tower is a very good feature, wherein we can create bots and schedule them as well as create different instances of them to run in different regions.""We can see that its competitive ability is quite good.""Their robots have increased the rate of efficiency by two to five times in our organization. There is still a human element to code out the package running the robots. You can't just click something and have it run. However, once that has been done, you can parallelize it 10 or 100 times in a fairly straightforward manner.""It takes care of simple tasks so users can focus more on exceptions than on regular use cases. They only focus on orders where they need to handle an exception, some information was not given, or there is an issue that they had to focus on. The rest of it goes straight through without human touch. We want to see our employees as engineers, wherein they think and solve problems, not necessarily have to do repetitive tasks. I think WorkFusion helps with avoiding repetitive tasks.""WorkFusion's RPA Express's ability to scale across multiple geographies with limited impact on additional IT Hardware requirements. This has enabled the scaling of Robotics capabilities and solutions across all our entities.""We need to analyze documents in order to understand them. We don't need to dedicate much time to this because WorkFusion's machine learning capabilities are very good. We can easily extract information and classify these documents. The document processing engine is very important to our organization because it is the center for many use cases, as we need to control the information contained in documents.""The most valuable features are the recorder because it's user-friendly and the integration with other tools Excel.""In terms of stability, it's quite good. It's an internal IP product."

Cons
"I am expecting new updates to improve the software.""The UX/UI could be reviewed and revamped to meet new the criteria of Digitalization and Innovation.""The initial setup seemed a bit complex, and there is no great documentation.""I would like them to offer a one-time payment plan that one can choose.""If your organization has only a few team members then this tool is not suitable.""Figuring out how to integrate defined teams or groups into this system is difficult, and there are no contextual menus.""The OpenAPI is good, but it is not enough. It lacks out-of-box integrations with popular web services.""It would be wonderful to have newer version releases more frequently, but it is quite a minor con."

"Machine learning models for document-heavy processes have room for improvement because they require significant effort to train and update.""A better graphical user interface that allows business users to perform automation would make this solution number one in the market.""If we're talking from a developer perspective, the task of actually building automation is not ideal. That's not their strong side.""The most common issue we have is with the OCR, but that also depends on the quality of the documents your scanning. Still, I would say the OCR is comparable to other solutions. I wouldn't say it's better or worse than other OCR engines.""I would also like for it to be NLP-based.""We have had some problems in the past with the Inspector tool that looks at the elements on the screen. Replacing it or improving it is needed.""Where it can be improved is the speed. I built two bots, one with WorkFusion and the same thing with Python. My feeling was that the speed at which Python did things, how fast it did them, was quite cool. It was faster.""One of the issues that we are facing here in China, is that we cannot access the material for training because it is on YouTube. In China, we do not have access to YouTube."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "Price per user works for me when they do not count my clients, which fill forms."
  • "Setup cost is reasonable and average on the market. They offer simple licensing and price per user."
  • "The price is so reasonable."
  • "I benefit from this software by getting a variety of reporting options and features for a relatively low cost"
  • "The pricing and licensing is as per market standards, except that the process of extending licenses is also easy."
  • "This solution has a very lost cost."
  • "Great value for the money."

  • "Find it online."
  • "They have a very expensive license compared to any other automation tool. For instance, at $50,000 - $60,000, you can bring in an Automation Anywhere solution. For this solution, you need at least $250,000 to get something going."
  • "It is not the most expensive solution, but it is also not the cheapest."
  • "I can't speak to pricing. It's a contract signed by upper management."
  • "We are on an annual contract to use the solution."
  • "My client is using RPA Express, which is available for them to use free of charge."
  • "One upgrade took a year to do, from the first server being built to the last bot being migrated. This was because we had to migrate all our existing bots. This is the same process and time frame that we are expecting towards the upcoming upgrade. I will end up spending half a million dollars to do an upgrade."
  • "The solution was not the cheapest, but it was also not the most expensive. Workfusion was very open to negotiating pricing and to working within the objectives of our firm."
