Efficient reports simplify tracking and feedback for cybersecurity submissions
I am a developer working in cybersecurity, and I use Bugcrowd to help companies remove vulnerabilities from their websites. I report vulnerabilities found in applications or customer platforms through Bugcrowd's cloud platform. This allows the cloud team to track submissions, and then the client…

Unification of security features strengthens network protection
The overall network security is good. It's big-picture, all in one bundle. It's valuable to have everything in one place instead of spreading across different products. Unified security management positively affects a company's security operations. They have one unified view of the security. I can connect multiple gateways to the management and have it in one place. I can have reporting and views in a single pane of glass on the consolidated platform. It's easy to use. The management is the best on the market. It's very easy to work with, read, understand, and navigate. It helps increase our customer's security posture. We can see in some cases CloudGuard improves our customers' posture overall.

"Bugcrowd's support team is very active and supportive."
"I believe Bugcrowd is highly stable."
"I would rate Bugcrowd a ten out of ten."
"One of the features I like most about Bugcrowd is the ability to create a report in a very easy way."
"The most valuable feature for us is the cluster support."
"Monitoring using SmartConsole and all its features is extremely easy, and I find SmartEvent an excellent monitoring tool for spotting threats and user behaviour."
"We get good insights into security, and we are more secure because we have more insights than we would get from other products."
"Moving into the cloud without having to change a lot of our internal processes and retrain staff is one of the biggest benefits of this solution."
"It makes securing our cloud workload super easy, and we are able to push any sort of policy changes we need pretty quickly"
"The solution could improve to have a DLP feature."
"The CloudGuard Network Security's most valuable feature is implementing IPS for accessing our data center and server environment in Azure. It helps us to prevent attacks. By protecting our environment with Check Point, which we were already familiar with, it provided a solution that extended into the cloud environment."
"The tool's most valuable feature is its management console."

Cons

"There is room for improvement in Bugcrowd's response time when customer input is needed for resolving tickets."
"The triaging process has slowed down compared to three years ago. It now takes more time to resolve a reported vulnerability and receive the payout."
"There is room for improvement in Bugcrowd's response time when customer input is needed for resolving tickets. If this time could be minimized, it would be very helpful."
"The triaging process has slowed down compared to three years ago."
"Bugcrowd should provide more access to the reports, similar to HackerOne, allowing for full disclosure once a bug is resolved, so researchers can learn from them. They should improve the responsibility type and response time of their customer support, especially when the issue is urgent."
"Bugcrowd should provide more access to the reports, similar to HackerOne, allowing for full disclosure once a bug is resolved, so researchers can learn from them."
"It should be more agile, as it seems to me that they took their on-prem devices and uploaded them to the cloud. Every time we need a new interface or something like that, we need to make major changes. This is a problem."
"The migration to TerraForm is a little more complicated, but we made it work."
"Right now, I am not sure what improvements are needed. We are having occasional issues related to gateways, but we are still analyzing it."
"The complexity to deploy should be decreased."
"CheckPoint CloudGuard could be better at solving cases."
"The threat scanning system should categorize the level of threats to enhance reliable data interpretation."
"There is room for improvement, especially concerning the integration with the management center. It would be beneficial if tasks that currently require scripts could be performed directly from the GUI."
"The business and product development team should introduce a high-end feedback collection mechanism and analyze the customer requirements constructively."
