"Installation was straightforward.""It made it simple for users to join, work together, and share screens.""Webex Meeting's most valuable features are screen-sharing and remote access.""The most valuable features for me are its stable connection, user-friendly interface, and screen-sharing files. Cons
"The installation could be more straightforward. I would like it to work with other meeting software in the next release.""There isn't too much information about Avaya solutions and that could be very much improved. If you want some product support, you have to go through a business partner in Latin America and there aren't many partners.""Increase in participant numbers reduces quality of video and sound."

"It could be more secure.""Webex Meetings could be improved with more collaborative features and an archive of information like appointments and discussions that can be shared with everybody.""The features I think can be improved are integrations with third-parties; for example, Microsoft 360 and other shared folders.""There are definitely times when the sound becomes a bit unclear, and latency is also an issue. If there are too many people on video simultaneously, the whole system can slow down. The group breakout rooms are still somewhat rough around the edges. I would like to see them improve that feature so we can have more interaction in our classes.""It would be nice if there were more integrations available."
