Automated releases have boosted delivery speed but still need better UI and troubleshooting support
Regarding how AutoRABIT Automated Release Management (ARM) can be improved, the user interface is not great. It should be more intuitive and more oriented toward what comes next. Deployment error messages need clear root cause analysis and remediation guidance. Both of these aspects need to be improved. Additionally, metrics are sometimes taken manually; having dashboards with release metrics and team performance would be beneficial. Out-of-the-box integrations with DevOps or ITSM tools like ServiceNow and project management tools would also be really helpful. The rollback capabilities should be made more granular. Real-time notifications and alerts would be valuable, and with AI available, self-service troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities could reduce support dependency. Troubleshooting deployment failures slows down daily work, which is where AutoRABIT Automated Release Management (ARM) can really help. Support documentation could be improved; instead of verbose documentation, contextual guidance would be more helpful. Root cause identification remains a problem, and often a veteran is needed to identify issues. Additionally, improved handling and visibility of Salesforce profile permission sets and sharing-related changes are always problematic. These daily challenges can definitely be improved.

Optimized database workloads have run securely and reduced licensing costs through virtualization
The major advantage of Oracle Linux 9 | Support by SupportedImages is that the update is free. Not just the patching and other things, but the update, some classes and other things, and some packages which I get free updates. If someone wants to use it, the license is free. If someone needs support, they can purchase the support. If someone does not purchase the support, there are free updates from Oracle. This is the major advantage to the customer, as they say that they are getting updates free. With Red Hat Linux, I have to purchase the support, otherwise I cannot get the update. Customers prefer that they are using it free and getting the update, and if they need support, they can purchase it anytime. The other part is that Oracle database runs well on Oracle Linux 9 | Support by SupportedImages. Whenever there are Intel servers in customer places and customers want to run Oracle database, they prefer Oracle Linux 9 | Support by SupportedImages. Oracle Linux 9 | Support by SupportedImages has very better security, but a few of the packages of Oracle still are not compatible with Oracle 9. So still in database perspective and grid perspective, I prefer 8. The feature is that it is very stable, memory consumption is low, and no additional service runs in the background. I can minimize the additional services if I want to stop it, it will stop. It is basically Red Hat Linux modified kernel, so those who know Red Hat Linux earlier can easily use Oracle Linux 9 | Support by SupportedImages. The other thing is that whenever I require, I can use the KVM of Oracle Linux 9 | Support by SupportedImages free of cost for virtualization. The Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel is a valuable feature. Security part differs, as it is built by the security team and the operating system team must enforce it. However, installation is very easy. Anyone can install it within twenty minutes without issues.

"I would say that if organizations are using nCino and developing anything on nCino, then they should go for AutoRABIT Automated Release Management (ARM) without any second thoughts; that's my recommendation, as it takes care of everything, and I feel more comfortable using AutoRABIT Automated Release Management (ARM) compared to any other tool when developing anything related to nCino."

Cons

"AutoRABIT Automated Release Management (ARM) could be improved by offering the feature where I can deploy both OmniStudio and Salesforce components together."
"The UI is not user-friendly, and newcomers or new users might get confused at times about how to proceed and what to do."

"Merging scenarios in AutoRABIT Automated Release Management (ARM) could be better; also, a few things which could improve include nCino RBC configuration, as sometimes if we have any extra lookup fields which are not configured by nCino, AutoRABIT Automated Release Management (ARM) sometimes misses those lookups to create the records or fetch those objects from our previous org to the next org, so I would feel more comfortable for RBC if AutoRABIT Automated Release Management (ARM) takes care of that too."
"I would say syncing up with Jira for AutoRABIT Automated Release Management (ARM) could be improved."
"In my experience, AutoRABIT Automated Release Management (ARM) is not stable; it has a lot of scope for improvement."
"I gave Oracle Linux 9 | Support by SupportedImages a rating of nine and Oracle support a rating of five because of the difficulty in reaching a working solution and the lack of experienced consultants provided."
"The graphical management is not yet up to the mark compared to Red Hat Linux."
