We haven't faced any outages or issues directly related to Route 53. It has been 100% stable for me.

Its integration with AWS is seamless, though it faces challenges with on-premise infrastructures. Valuable features include health checks and routing, but security enhancements are needed. Detailed logging and improved pricing transparency are areas for growth. Enhancements in handling simultaneous requests and security features would greatly benefit Amazon Route 53 for a large user base.
