What is our primary use case?

We employ these units to retrieve additional data, extracting user identification information from the GXI for use as a virtual gateway. Our system encompasses approximately four thousand virtual updates, twelve LTL five drives, and one digital drive in each DX five zone. This configuration functions effectively, demonstrating reliability and robust customer support during service operations, affirming the product's quality. While I acknowledge the existence of new modules, I did not consider upgrading to a different service. The current model is reliable, consistent, and I see no compelling reason to change.

How has it helped my organization?

The primary advantage lies in the capacity to efficiently back up extensive signal data while fulfilling the obligation. Notably, it incurs minimal data analytics consumption. For example, backing up two to three hundred terabytes on the EDXI only utilizes four terabytes. Given our substantial data volume, this constitutes a significant return on investment and stands as the foremost benefit derived from the system.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Quantum for eight years. We are currently in the process of identifying a suitable domain, with considerations for a solution similar to Prilio.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I have never encountered any instability with the system. As previously mentioned, it consistently operates as a highly reliable and steadfast program.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is indeed scalable. If necessary, additional discs can be incorporated to accommodate increased volumes for backup purposes. For example, you can start with twelve units and scale them up to twenty-four as required, demonstrating the system's scalability.

How are customer service and support?

I have already raised inquiries with technical support regarding the utilization of command lines and the process for generating reports related to network considerations, seeking clarification on these matters.

The response from technical support has been excellent. They promptly address our queries, providing clear and helpful information. We appreciate the efficiency and effectiveness of their support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Previously, we did not use the domain equipment. However, currently, we are incorporating them into our system, finding them similar for restoration and daily use. The performance is satisfactory, and they offer comparable features to those provided by our current solution.

Regarding the main advantages and disadvantages of DXI in comparison to the data domain, I would note that there are no significant issues between the two. Both are easily manageable, and the technical support on both sides is commendable.

How was the initial setup?

I wasn't present during the deployment of the DX units on the site. From my recollection, premium technicians were on-site to install and integrate them into the GXI rack. They ensured the proper connection by checking the network and establishing links with the user server or switch. This sums up my knowledge on the matter.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I do not oversee this aspect, as pricing is contingent on factors such as volume, technical specifications, and the desired features. Consequently, I lack information on the pricing details and structure.

What other advice do I have?

Given its ease of use and management, I believe there are no specific caveats that users need to be aware of during the setup of DXRIS for backups. The process was straightforward, and I did not encounter any challenges or issues. As for a rating on a scale of one to ten, with one being the worst and ten being the best, I would rate the Quantum DXI Series a nine. My deduction is primarily influenced by personal preferences, particularly regarding the user interface and it is a highly commendable system, I would rate it a solid nine out of ten.

How was the initial setup?

The product's deployment is not difficult. The deployment takes one day to complete. However, if there is any migration involved, then installation can take a couple of days to complete.
