I undertook a change of career into IT consultancy. I am employed by Storm Technology in Dublin 7, where I completed my internship and graduate program. Since November 2010 I have worn many hats to include project manager, business analyst, QA and generation of test scripts, creation of training documents or feeding into same on many projects to include SharePoint (both Intranet and Document Management) along with third part tools to include K2 Workflow and more recently in Dynamics CRM with FieldOne Inventory Management System. I've enjoyed building confidence communicating with all levels within the organisation and with both technical and non-technical team members and would consider the gathering and documenting of requirements for communicating to business stakeholders and technical teams to be one of my strengths.
