What is your primary use case for HCL Domino?

The primary purposes for which HCL Domino is used are mail and applications.

My main use cases for HCL Domino include one where we needed a solution to share sensitive information securely through email, as the standard packages lacked adequate security controls. We looked for something that allowed greater control, which HCL Domino offered with its on-premise solution that addressed many security-related issues. The second use case involved developing internal applications for various departments, and HCL Domino's low code development platform, Domino Leap, was a good fit for automating processes data collection and workflow management. Additionally, Domino provided ready-made applications for secure teamwork through team rooms, where security controls ensured that multiple teams could collaborate without concerns over the security of their content.

I use HCL Domino for internal applications, including all our banking applications and customer-facing applications. Additionally, I utilize it for document management, trainings, document sharing, and maintaining a document library.

We use this solution mainly for mobile email systems. Some other customized applications run on HCL Domino.

We use it for everything: developing applications, email, group calendaring, to-do, and so on. Applications include CRM, Inventory, Safety Management System, Vacation Scheduling, Travel Expenses (in multiple languages), Order entry, Fuel Sales, Ground School Attendance and Marking, Flight Dispatch, etc.

I use the solution in my company for workflows and document management, as it is a pretty broad platform.

It serves as a versatile solution catering to a broad spectrum of our computing requirements like managing our website, internal systems, and various operations seamlessly.

We use the solution as a domain-specific framework to develop small applications to perform specific tasks.

It's for communication, collaboration, and applications.

We're using HCL Domino for the email system.

Domino is the server and HCL Notes is a product installed on that server.

HCL Domino is integrated with HCL Notes Client and its main use is for administration and file management. We have a specific application for notaries in Belgium.

We are an insurance broker and use HCL Domino for our customer relationship management. We use it to write applications for use in our company.

We use HCL Domino for collaboration it is important for our company and customers.

We have developed 100 plus applications on this platform. For instance, the entire HR solution is built on that solution. Our HR management system is on Notes and Domino. The leave management system in Notes and Domino as well as the employee attendance system, performance reviews, and the reimbursement management system. Any area of HR and sub-service of employees is developed on Notes and Domino. We have developed some sort of interface with the procurement management system that is eventually integrated with Oracle Financials. There are so many other processes of our core banking system that are developed on Notes and Domino. They all are connected to our core banking systems, our Oracle Financial, and other systems. The main focus is that any process that requires any approvals or any workflows, is developed on Notes and Domino.

We use this solution to save contact information and upload files. Within our organization, there are roughly 100 employees using this solution.
