Forcepoint offers many policies that conform to global DLP best practices, including requirements specific to regions like the Middle East, Europe, etc. They have a policy database in their product. That feature is unique to Forcepoint. Their AI and fingerprinting are incredibly effective and robust. We have tested it multiple times. It always catches the correct data being leaked.

The most valuable feature of this solution is that it captures where the data is being moved.

The Forcepoint tool is well developed. It is ranked in many evaluations at the top when it comes to enterprise DLP solutions. It has good artificial intelligence that enables our customers to focus on specific incidents, instead of having a complicated list of uncategorized incidents.

The workflow remediation is quite good. That is a key feature because of which it has the upper hand over other DLP solutions.

One of the most valuable features is the set of built-in policies that Forcepoint has for PCI compliance. We just need to activate them and start working. Without them, it would be a big task to do a data transformation.

The built-in rules, templates, and content classifiers are among the most valuable features. Some of the built-in patterns are good places to get started with. Along with the phrases, they are helpful in putting together policies and fine-tuning our policies.

The most valuable feature is the endpoint DLP. It's specific to copying to the USB or copying to the internal storage in our office.

The requirements for the implementation is quite heavy. Forcepoint needs to look at how they can reduce the terms of the requirement for implementation. They also need to look at providing training for the end user, to enable them to get on it at speed. Their support also need to improve, because the response to support time is not very fast. Their response time is about 8 to 12 hours, so something needs to be done about that.

Forcepoint should consider developing its own classification technique to complement its fingerprinting technique. That way it will be the most sorted after DLP Solution in the market. Technical support needs improvement. There are long stretches of time between queries and responses. It's worrisome. There's zero Forcepoint presence in West Africa. Customers typically like having these things close to them. It would help if they had a presence here. Right now, Forcepoint West Africa has been administered from South Africa. Because of this, customers can't access premium support in our region.
