Easy to scale and good record to report capabilities but needs better training
Pros and Cons
  • "The solution scales easily."
  • "There are very limited resources available in the market in terms of implementation. They need to offer training plans for graduates so that more resources are available in the market."

What is our primary use case?

This is a relational database tool. It's used for process standardization. You can write the process procurement to pay, order to cash, and record to report.

What is most valuable?

We like that we can use it via the Azure Cloud.

The record to report is excellent for finance and accounts. It is very useful for our business team.

The solution scales easily.

What needs improvement?

It's not a very popular tool. There are very limited resources available in the market in terms of implementation. They need to offer training plans for graduates so that more resources are available in the market.

The support needs to be faster.

The solution needs to be lighter. It's a bit too heavy.

For how long have I used the solution?

We've been using the solution for almost a year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I'd rate the stability eight out of ten. It's pretty stable. However, it requires high bandwidth to do the data entry. The connectivity needs to be improved. They need to offer a lighter version.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution is scalable. I'd rate it eight out of ten as it is cloud-based. We can just ask the vendor to expand it for us.

We have 150 or more users on the solution right now. We are looking to increase to 250 people in the near future.

How are customer service and support?

They do have global support we can use. They do take more than two weeks to resolve any kind of ticket. It would be ideal if support were faster to respond and resolve.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup takes more than six to nine months. It's not easy. The environment is complex. There are a variety of instances, and our implementation partner needs to do configurations for each one individually.

We have five staff members for deployment on our own side. The partner has ten people on their end during implementation. That's 15 people needed for deployment at the outset.

What about the implementation team?

We work with an implementation partner.

What other advice do I have?

We are using the latest version of the solution. Since it is on the cloud, we are always on the latest version.

I'd not recommend the solution to all users. It's not meant to be used by every company. It fills very specific needs.

I'd rate the solution seven out of ten.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Microsoft Azure
