We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It's on the cloud, so it's scalable and quite easy to work with.""The data is stored in the cloud, making it easy to download data simultaneously into multiple smaller servers, effectively downsizing the process.""Having a single vendor supporting the entire suite of applications.""The solution is easy to manage and offers good integration. You can run all the tasks one by one which is really helpful, and pick the day and time to do so.""The most valuable thing to me is its simplicity. A person with zero knowledge can also develop the integration without having extensive technology knowledgebase. They can also work on creating their own integration.""Oracle integration cloud has got the adapters for all their products, which makes integration faster.""Oracle Data Integrator helps us build tables and data marts and allows us to schedule them daily, for nearly real-time data warehousing."

"The technical support is very good. I rate the technical support a ten out of ten.""It is a scalable solution.""It can scale.""There were many valuable features, such as extracting any data to put in the cloud. For example, Qlik was able to gather data from SAP and extract SAP data from the platforms.""I like modeling and code generation. It has become a pretty handy tool because of its short ideation to delivery time. From the time you decide you are modeling a data warehouse, and once you finish the modeling, it generates all the code, generates all the tables. All you have to do is tick a few things, and you can produce a fully functional warehouse. I also like that they have added all the features I have asked for over four years.""It's a stable solution.""I have found it to be a very good, stable, and strong product.""As long as you pick the solution that best fits with your requirements, you won't find that performance is a problem. It's good."

Cons
"This is an expensive solution compared to other products on the market.""It's lacking a lot of mapping features that Oracle OSB and SOA have. It needs to evolve a lot.""I've found technical support not very effective. They should work to improve their services.""The pricing could be more competitive.""I would like to see different cloud adapters or connectors in case of integration. When you have Oracle to Oracle, they are good. They have really good connectors, but if it is a different ERP, like Obsidian, that is where they are faced with problems in OIC.""Bulk uploading can be a problem when you hit the upper limit.""It can be made much easier for users. They should be allowed to easily monitor the data extraction and flow, allowing them to observe real-time data flow within the software, making the process straightforward."

"It would be better if the first level of technical support were a bit more technically knowledgeable to solve the problem. I think they could also improve the injection of custom scripts. It is pretty difficult to add additional scripts. If the modeling doesn't give you what you want, and you want to change the script generated by the modeling, it is a bit more challenging than in most other products. It is very good with standard form type systems, but if you get a more complicated data paradigm, it tends to struggle with transforming that into a model.""The solution has room for improvement in the ETL. They have an ETL, but when it comes to the monitoring portion, Qlik Compose doesn't provide a feature for monitoring.""For more complex work, we are not using Qlik Compose because it cannot handle very high volumes at the moment. It needs the same batching capabilities that other ETL tools have. We can't batch the data into small chunks when transforming large amounts of data. It tries to do everything in one shot and that's where it fails.""It could enhance its capabilities in the realm of self-service options as currently, it is more suited for individuals with technical proficiency who can create pages using it.""Qlik's ETL and data transformation could be better.""I'd like to have access to more developer training materials.""There is some scope for improvement around the documentation, and a better UI would definitely help.""There should be proper documentation available for the implementation process."
