Have managed basic deployment tasks and experienced improved service flexibility through containerized environments
I rate their support as a partner. We purchase the software and product from them, so when I have an issue with Red Hat or Docker on CentOS or Kubernetes, I create a ticket with the partner who works directly with the respective teams. I have experience with their support through a few cases requiring Red Hat assistance. I go through our software partner who communicates with the Red Hat team, and they communicate with Docker on CentOS or Kubernetes team to resolve issues.
