Automation of IT support has reduced repetitive tasks and now improves service efficiency
I believe that Aisera's AI Copilot could be improved with a more simplified initial implementation. There should be more out-of-the-box workflows as we have within other AI Copilots, and there should also be improved troubleshooting dashboards and better visibility for us to make AI decision-making. Additionally, while the support quality is generally good, I see that the implementation success depends heavily on planning, knowledge readiness, and integration design, but the customer support experience could be improved. I believe there are improvements needed that I haven't mentioned yet, including measurable productivity benefits and good enterprise integrations, which will also be appreciated. Since our success depends on data quality, that should also be improved, and the initial implementation must also see improvements so that we have a faster onboarding experience and easier performance and ROI reporting.

Brings security operations under one umbrella and reduces investigation time across teams
One thing that we heard not from our engineers but from our procurement team was that they are not very clear on the licensing and pricing for Microsoft Security Copilot. We have been trying it out for the last two months as we are a Microsoft shop and have been given early access to it. However, there has not been a lot of clarity for our procurement team on what will happen once this trial period or this early access is over. If there could have been a bit more clarity on whether this is based on a per seat per month basis, or if it is based on APIs, or on the basis of how many calls to action you are taking, that would help. When they have tried to reach out to the sales team, the response they have gotten is that they should try it out first and pricing will be discussed later. Just a bit more clarity on pricing would be nice to have.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Aisera's AI Copilot has achieved up to 75% automation of user requests, which is going to reduce our 80% consumer operation costs."
"Overall, Aisera's AI Copilot has become much more than a helpdesk tool for me; it is a central nervous system connecting employees to information and IT support across the entire organization."
"It has provided a services management platform that automates employee and customer support processes through conversational AI with self-service capabilities, making it a good solution that I can directly suggest to anyone."
"It has definitely impacted my operations in a good way because it saves a lot of time."
"My thoughts on the integration of generative AI in it for incident response are that it saves us time and money; before it would take an hour to triage an incident to fix it, now it takes maybe ten to fifteen minutes."
"I would rate Microsoft Security Copilot nine out of ten."
"Microsoft Security Copilot has benefited our company primarily through speed."
"I appreciate the ability to interact with the security data. Microsoft Security Copilot's ability to process security data is very good. It has helped us investigate some specific use case scenarios. Once you get the gist of it, it's great."
"One of the most valuable features of Microsoft Copilot for Security is its auditing capabilities, which allow us to monitor and easily recognize unauthorized data access attempts."
"Now that the cost has matched the value, AI in Microsoft security cannot be avoided anymore."
"The most valuable feature of Microsoft Copilot is the interactive chat, which allows me to interact with Copilot directly and get responses quickly. This consolidates our efforts into one place without the need to access multiple resources."

Cons

"There are several areas for improvement. First, hallucination control: being an LLM-based system, Aisera's AI Copilot occasionally generates confident but incorrect answers."
"From a costing point of view, sometimes the results are not what the customer wanted."
"I believe that Aisera's AI Copilot could be improved with a more simplified initial implementation."
"The effectiveness of Microsoft Security Copilot's natural language interface is sometimes slow and it occasionally has hallucinations, but other than that, it works well."
"I believe Microsoft Security Copilot could use performance improvement based on what I have seen."
"There has not been enough stability and reliability demonstrated yet."
"Occasionally the tool is slow, and sometimes it experiences hallucinations."
"To improve Microsoft Security Copilot and make it the best solution in the market, the main hurdle today is cost."
"Currently, Microsoft Security Copilot is not very intuitive. I still need to figure out how to operate some features, so more intuitive methods would be beneficial."
"Microsoft Security Copilot can be improved by addressing the ambiguity around agents at the moment."
"I believe Microsoft Security Copilot could be improved in terms of the UI and the process. The UI needs improvement because it can be distracting with some windows on your right and left sides."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"Its pricing scares our customers the most. They didn't understand that it would generate such a cost. Once they understood, they became defensive about wanting to commit because it's not clear to them what the costs would be."
"Pricing is decent if you compare it with the market. We were previously using a different service, but we wanted something under one umbrella, which is something Microsoft is able to give."
