Black Kite is a good visual tool. It uses colors, such as black, to indicate emergencies. Other colors like red, green, and yellow, are pretty and good to look at.

How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is carried out on the cloud. We have 30 individuals using the solution. As for administrators, we operate as a subsidiary under a larger entity that serves as our parent company.
What other advice do I have?
I would not recommend using Black Kite right now. We are planning to switch from the product. Overall, I rate it a three out of ten.
