The best features that Dell XPS Laptops offer are that Dell and the Dell Latitude XPS series are very good. Almost all of the Dell Latitudes are very good.

What needs improvement?
Dell XPS Laptops could improve regarding the battery to make it last a little longer. Most of them are nine-cell batteries. It would be better if they were integrated and you could remove the external battery, or if you could add an extra one. I was repairing a client's computer and explained that the internal battery was damaged, so it had an external one. I suggested, "Let's buy both so it works better for you." However, when it arrived, it had to always be plugged in and did not work.
Regarding possible improvements in Dell XPS Laptops, the components are fine, and with Windows 10 and 11, it works perfectly performance-wise and runs well. The only thing is the battery—I would prefer it to last a little longer and for the XPS battery to be removable and replaceable more easily.

I would describe the scalability of Dell XPS Laptops as easy to adapt to my organization's growing needs. I have a small team of about five clients, and four have Dell and one has Microsoft. It works perfectly. The one with Microsoft is going to change it now to a Dell that he liked after seeing mine, and he is going to switch to Dell. It works well for graphic design and programming.
How are customer service and support?
The technical support I have received for Dell XPS Laptops works perfectly. The maintenance is excellent, and when you install Windows on a computer, it can last sometimes up to 5 years without reinstalling Windows because it works perfectly. There is no problem.

I did not use any other solution before Dell XPS Laptops. I have always used Dell all the time because I have liked it since I was little. The first laptop I bought was a Dell Latitude, an older model, but it worked great and I still have that laptop. I have another Dell laptop and another laptop as well, and they are all very good. I have four laptops, and five in total with it. They are there as a memory and they are good ones.

My experience with acquisition, installation, and licensing costs for Dell XPS Laptops is that the prices are very stable and very good. The prices are fine, and there is no problem. I can get one of those laptops for 300 dollars new, and with its license for 500 dollars with everything included, and it works perfectly without going over 500 dollars.
