• Proven "hands on" MDM expert with expertise in MDM strategy proposal, roadmap and planning with phased implementation leveraging best practices and strong focus in data quality for measurable return on investment.
• Experienced in implementing/managing Master Data Management across Enterprise. Implemented MDM for Customer, Account & Producer Entities in Insurance Industry.
• Experience in design/architecture of MDM Hub, data integration, data governance process and data quality.
• Experience working with Business Intelligence tools like SSIS SSAS & SSRS and possess good understanding of Data Warehousing, Datamarts & Cubes.
• Experience with back end database development using T-SQL, Stored Procedure & SQL Server 2012.
• Extensive Experience in .Net and Web Development technologies like ASP.NET, C #, Java Script, JQuery, JSON, Web Services, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience managing both onsite and offshore resources and mentoring junior team members and delegate work to them.
• Work directly with both internal & external customers to identify their business needs and provide solutions to develop systems. Experience in translating business requirements intro technical designs.
• Experience with SDLC especially using Agile & Waterfall models.
